The Villas are located in south Chandler, Arizona. We are forty-nine homes in a beautifully gated enclave of Santa Barbara style homes.
The community features wonderful water views of the Ocotillo Lake system which many of our homes border.
Our community heated pool is centrally located and features a large spa with many welcoming patio tables, loungers and chairs.
Streets are lined with lush greenery, featuring royal palms, trees and vegetation compatible with the desert climate.
