Welcome to the Villas at Ocotillo website.
The Villas are located in south Chandler, Arizona. We are forty-nine homes in a beautifully gated enclave of Santa Barbara style homes.
The community features wonderful water views of the Ocotillo Lake system which many of our homes border.
Our community heated pool is centrally located and features a large spa with many welcoming patio tables, loungers and chairs.
Streets are lined with lush greenery, featuring royal palms, trees and vegetation compatible with the desert climate.

| You may have noticed some of the recent publications on bank acquisitions and name changes. The association’s bank, CIT was acquired by First Citizens Bank last year. The official rebranding of the printed materials have taken place so you will see First Citizens Bank on all publications going forward. Several of the products and services, statements, and notices are now under the First Citizens Bank brand. We’ve updated the names and the products have a new look, but the functionality you rely on is the same. Your routing number, account numbers, login credentials, and automatic payments did not change.
